The need for speed – streamlining the construction valuation and payment process in a fast-paced environment
Many contractors have to deal with short contract timescales where a need for speed can be a challenge. Hasty estimates make scope creep and variations more likely, which in turn increase the likelihood of disputed valuations, project delays and escalating costs.
Our latest event saw Payapps customers come together with those new to the idea of digitising payment claims. A day of educational sessions, customer updates, networking and speedboating along the River Thames was enjoyed by all.
We discussed how fast-paced projects can be streamlined by improving collaboration across contracting parties and introducing efficient processes, along with tips for avoiding project delays and disputes.
