Autodesk to acquire Payapps for global payment and compliance management | UK

Payapps is delighted to share that Autodesk, a world leader in design and make technology, has entered into an agreement to acquire Payapps. This marks a pivotal milestone for Payapps and is a true reflection of the hard work and commitment of the entire Payapps team. This acquisition builds off the previous collaboration and strategic alignment between Payapps and Autodesk Construction Cloud which was announced in September 2022. 

The construction sector is evolving at an unprecedented pace, with a growing demand for efficient, technology-driven solutions. Payapps has consistently led the charge in this area, working tirelessly to simplify and automate payment applications to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

As of Thursday 25th, January 2024, Autodesk’s proposed acquisition of Payapps Limited has not been completed; the completion of the proposed acquisition of Payapps Limited is uncertain and is subject to the satisfaction or waiver of various conditions. Prior to the completion of the proposed acquisition, Payapps Limited and Autodesk will continue to operate as separate companies. The foregoing descriptions of the contemplated effects of the proposed acquisition are subject to the acquisition’s completion and Autodesk’s ability to successfully integrate Payapps in all respects.
